Glen Kuiper is a sports announcer or American sports broadcaster, specifically known for his work covering athletics and baseball. He was born on  May 20, 1963 , in Racine, Wisconsin, USA.

Kuiper began his broadcasting career in the late 1980s, working as a sports anchor and reporter for television stations in Wisconsin and Texas. In 1992, he joined ESPN as a play-by-play announcer for college football, college basketball, and Major League Baseball games.

Since 2004, Kuiper has been the lead television announcer for the Oakland Athletics baseball team. He also covers track and field events, including the Olympic Trials and other major championships, as well as NCAA Championships.
