भारत के नियंत्रक एवं महालेखा परीक्षक (Comptroller and Auditor General of India- CAG) भारत की सर्वोच्च लेखा परीक्षा संस्था है, जिसकी स्थापना भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 148 के तहत की गई है।
उन्हें भारत सरकार और राज्य सरकारों की सभी प्राप्तियों और व्ययों का लेखा-जोखा करने का अधिकार है, जिसमें सरकार द्वारा वित्तपोषित स्वायत्त निकायों और निगमों के व्यय भी शामिल हैं।
