Scheffler turned professional in 2018 and played on the Korn Ferry Tour in 2019, where he won twice and finished fifth on the money list, earning his PGA Tour card for the 2019-2020 season.
In his rookie season on the PGA Tour, Scheffler had seven top-10 finishes, including a runner-up finish at the 2020 PGA Championship. He was also named the PGA Tour Rookie of the Year for the 2019-2020 season.
Scheffler has represented the United States in several international competitions, including the 2017 Walker Cup and the 2019 Presidents Cup.
Known for his length off the tee and his consistent ball-striking, Scheffler is considered one of the rising stars in professional golf and is expected to be a contender in major championships for years to come.
Scheffler appears in the sports documentary series Full Swing, which premiered on Netflix on February 15, 2023.
