GSDP of Jharkhand and Its Growth Rate
- झारखंड की अर्थव्यवस्था वर्ष 2011-12 और 2018-19 के बीच 6.2 प्रतिशत की औसत वार्षिक दर (सीएजीआर) से बढ़ी थी, लेकिन अगले दो वर्षों यानी वर्ष 2019-20 और 2020-21 में इसकी विकास दर में गिरावट आई। देशव्यापी आर्थिक मंदी के कारण वर्ष 2019-20 में राज्य के वास्तविक GSDP में केवल 1.1 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई और कोविड-19 और उसके परिणामस्वरूप लॉकडाउन के कारण वर्ष 2020-21 में इसमें 5.3 प्रतिशत की गिरावट आई। तब से अर्थव्यवस्था में सुधार हुआ है।
- पिछले तीन वर्षों यानी 2020-21 से 2022-23 के बीच राज्य की GSDP औसतन 8.8 प्रतिशत की वार्षिक दर से बढ़ी है।
- चालू वित्त वर्ष (2023-24) में इसमें 7.1 प्रतिशत और अगले वित्त वर्ष (2024-25) में 7.7 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि होने का अनुमान है।
- राष्ट्रीय लेखा सांख्यिकी की वर्तमान श्रृंखला के आधार वर्ष वर्ष 2011-12 में GSDP 1,50,918 करोड़ रुपये थी।

Per Capita Income
- राज्य की स्थिर मूल्यों पर प्रति व्यक्ति आय वर्ष 2020-21 में 51,464 रुपये से बढ़कर वर्ष 2022-23 में 60,033 रुपये हो गई वर्तमान मूल्यों पर प्रति व्यक्ति आय वर्ष 2020-21 में 69,963 रुपये से बढ़कर वर्ष 2022-23 में 91,874 रुपये हो गई। वर्ष 2023-24 में स्थिर मूल्यों पर इनमें 5.7 प्रतिशत तथा वर्तमान मूल्यों पर 7.4 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि अनुमानित है। इस प्रकार, वर्ष 2023-24 में स्थिर मूल्यों पर इनके 63,443 रुपये और चालू मूल्यों पर 98,649 रुपये होने का अनुमान है।

Inflation in Jharkhand
- The inflation rate, which is measured in India in terms of Consumer Price Index (CPI) , has mostlyremained within control in India and in Jharkhand after the adoption of this framework. However, it has mostly crossed the upper limit of 6 per cent in the recent past.
- The average annual rate of inflation in Jharkhand was 6.1 per cent in the financial year 2021-22 and 6.04 per cent in the financial year 2023-24 (up to October, 2023).
POVERTY IN JHARKHAND
- झारखंड में भी बहुआयामी गरीबी (multidimensional poverty) में जनसंख्या का अनुपात 2015-16 और 2019-21 के बीच 42.10% से घटकर 28.81% हो गया है, जो 13.29 प्रतिशत अंकों की कमी है। गरीबी की तीव्रता भी 47.92% से घटकर 45.59% हो गई है, जो इस अवधि में 2.33 प्रतिशत अंकों की कमी है।
