Tory Lanez is a Canadian rapper and singer who has released several albums and mixtapes. He is known for his smooth and melodic style, as well as his ability to switch between singing and rapping.
He raps since he was a child and on the suggestion of Hakeem he named himself Tory Lanez.
After the death of his mother, his father had remarried which had a very bad effect on his mind , then he shifted to New York in 2006, but his condition did not improve .
Later sent back to Toronto to live with his Grandmother. Then his grandmother also threw him out of the house after a few days, after which he became homeless. As he turned 16, he started rapping at outdoor music concerts.
Lanez first gained popularity with his mixtape “Lost Cause” in 2014, and has since released several successful projects including “I Told You” and “Love Me Now?”. In recent years, Lanez has faced controversy due to his involvement in a shooting incident involving rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
