- Physical Products: Refunds for physical products will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within one days of receiving the product to discuss the issue and initiate the return process.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
